OPI Kits in Adıyaman

We All Ran Together for Science and Technology!

In the traditional Istanbul Marathon, held for the 44th time in 2022, we ran between two continents with El Ele Education and Culture Association to make science and technology an accessible educational content for children all over Turkey.

On this path, we partnered with many supporters, runners and donors, and expanded the social transformation we initiated.
Our goal was to increase the visibility of the "Future Will Come with Technology" project with our runners and supporters and to deliver as many OPI STEAM Kits as possible to the pre-determined Adıyaman province, thanks to the support of our donors.

We spread our goal by running across the Bosphorus with 20 runners; We reached approximately 100 donors. With the donations we received at the end of the marathon, we started preparations to send our kits to Zormağara Primary School in Zormağara Village, Besni district of Adıyaman.

Our kits met with 35 valuable students and 3 teachers of the school. With the support and leadership of our team, the kit application was completed. The kits delivered and implemented were titled “OPI Invention – Step 1 Introduction to Engineering!” it was kit. Thanks to this kit, children had the opportunity to learn about hydraulic systems and build their own hydraulic wooden bridges, while also getting to know forest animals and traveling to their world. We continue to send fun and educational STEAM activity suggestions that can be implemented with children on the first day of each month to our teachers and parents who have filled out the OPI Teacher Academy and OPI Parent Academy registration tickets included in the kits.
